Color me happy

Hey guys!

Thinking about way to de-stress and get your mind off a certain topic?

I recently picked up this anti-stressing coloring book and I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome.

“Proven beneficial for your mental health, coloring is one of the simplest ways to de-stress and engage the mind in a positive exercise. All designs encourage a meditative sense of focus while you color, bringing you in a relaxed state.” 

The book is filled with one hundred black and white illustrations that include: whimsical sea creatures, elegant abstract patters, and my favorite, elaborate mandalas.
